Square footage out of a 900 gal Kincaid

Just wanting to know from anyone out there with a 900 gallon Kincaid what sort of square footage you getting out of a tank. I am getting anywhere from 6 to 8000 sq/ft.
I am new to this particular machine and trying to figure out how to get a better yield while maintaining quality( still have our TT 300) . 99% of our work is from our landscaping doing residential lawns

Where we are at now is:
300lbs of Terra wood mulch
redox P+ APPROX 1 LB
100 LBS of Kentucky/Red Fescue.
Hydrotak  tackifier

I think you should be more like 10000 to 12000 sq ft per load. That is based on a Finn but the water quantity is the same
