Hydroseeding a soccer field
« on: Mon July 25, 2016, 04:52:41 PM »
All:

I am new to the idea of hydroseeding, but have done a fair amount of research on the process, etc.  My question is this:  will hydroseeding be able to fix a 70 x 40 yd section of a soccer field that original bermuda did not grow by Aug 27 of this year?

Thoughts?

Probably not. Even if you did the job tomorrow, it still only leaves 4 weeks for the seed to germinate, fill in and fully mature. With such a short time frame it would be better to go with sod.

How much would you spend to hydrospeed a huge soccer field?
